With its setting of the cornflower blue skies of summer and deep Pyrannean beauty by winter, La Frassinède is as close an approximation to a French heaven as I've come – and a perfect wedding or honeymoon hideaway. It makes me think a little of a French Kate Moss-esque wedding and would be a fitting venue for a chic, poetic big day.
